It has beautiful, favourable setting, close to fast food restaurants and Walmart, the waterpark, and activities at the water park. One of tourist spots - Resorts World Catskills - is a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel, greatly enjoyed that.

The very friendly and attentive staff working throughout the hotel. Stunning and favourable location to the water park, heated pool.

We had an amazing time at this resort! The customer service was outstanding, and the water park was kept spotlessly clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the surroundings. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained throughout our stay.
One downside was that the staff in the arcade seemed to lack basic knowledge and were not able to provide clear explanations.
